Srihari Kumar
Hari is the Principal of Lionrock Capital and the Chief Executive Officer. He has 30 years of investing experience and founded LionRock to invest in global long-duration growth assets. He started his career at Goldman Sachs where he was a Managing Director and co-founded TPG-Axon Capital, an alternative investment fund. He has degrees in Finance and Computer Science from the University of Pennsylvania.
Sonia Nayaham
Sonia is the Principal of Lionrock Capital and Director of Special Projects. She has a Master’s in Communications from the University of Canberra, and worked as a journalist at Time Inc. in Hong Kong, writing articles for Asiaweek. Sonia focuses on sourcing and evaluating private investments and special projects such as the creation and growth of the Zest Group in Singapore.
Anthony Sawtell
Anthony is the Chief Investment Officer of LionRock Capital. He has 15 years direct investment experience and has been with the firm for 10 years. He manages the direct investment activities and spearheads the firm’s relationships with external fund managers. Previously, he held a leadership position at Dymon Asia and started his investing career at Davidson Kempner. Anthony has an MBA from The Wharton School.
Lili Tan
Lili is the Chief Operations Officer of LionRock Capital and has been with the firm for 14 years. She manages all the operational activities of the firm including regulatory matters, tax, P&L reporting, administration, custody and counterparty relationships. Lili has 20 years of professional experience, including previously at HSBC. Lili has a degree in Management from the Singapore Institute of Management.
Rahul Jain
Rahul is an Investment Analyst at LionRock Capital. He has 13 years of investment experience and has been with the firm for 7 years. He looks after the public market investments at the firm including sectors such as technology, financials and technology. Previously, he worked as a Financial Analyst with Goldman Sachs Investment Partners in Hong Kong. Rahul has an MBA with Gold Medal from IIM Indore.
Carol Yuen
Carol is the Office Manager at LionRock Capital and manages various administrative and operational activities, including supporting the team and interfacing with various external counterparties. She has 14 years of experience with hedge fund and PE firms and has an extensive background in administration and management which enables her to oversee and coordinate office operations.
